Dr. Hadley Willsallen graduated from the University of Sydney in 2003, launching a career that would take her across continents and into some of the most advanced surgical theatres in the world. Her path began with an internship at Agnes Banks Equine Clinic, where her natural aptitude and interest in surgery quickly became evident.
From there, she honed her skills at the Canberra Equine Hospital and the Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital, before embarking on an international hospital tour in 2006 to explore different surgical techniques and cultures in equine medicine.
In 2009, she achieved membership with the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Surgery of Horses. That same year marked the beginning of her transformative four-year residency in Equine Surgery at the cutting-edge Veterinary Clinical Centre at Charles Sturt University.
This intensive program included advanced clinical practice, research, and international externships, culminating in her board certification by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons and recognition as a specialist by the NSW Veterinary Surgeons Board in 2014.
